UMR CC&Rs

Every parcel in the Utah Mini Ranches is part of our Homeowners Association, and ownership of any lot carries mandatory membership in the Association. The below CC&Rs were receorded with the County of Duchesne in 2001 and apply to every lot and owner.

Mandatory Assessments are currently as follows: $250 annual HOA Dues; $60 monthly water fee for all homes; $22.50 monthly water standby fee for all vacant lots.
